true, this style is more consistent. If you want deep dish you choose from Lou Malnati's or Viccino's some places do it terribly.

I’ve never had that but I remember hearing about it. What’s the difference?
Detroit has no “crust” its a sweet dough, then made in a square dish with toppings to the edge so the cheese has a crust on it
