This is what the auto shop quoted just to review/test the issues I came in for. Need some input here since I usually make repairs myself.
I know, I know…before you roast me for not tinkering myself let me say that it’s the only car my family feels safe in and I’m the only “tinker-er” in the family, and it’s genuinely not worth the time + headache from the family needing to get places.

advanced auto parts stores will check the engine light codes for free
I have the ability to check engine light codes myself which is the crazy thing. I went there KNOWING what needed to be replaced. But they still needed to run their tests instead of just replacing what I wanted replaced. Wild.
I’m just trying to figure out if that’s standard now.
They ended up quoting over $6k for maintenance and minor repairs. This is a family minivan. 🤣
