I saw this pamphlet in a Little Library outside my neighbors house on a run this morning. It’s encouraging to see folks being curious, asking questions, searching for truth, and creating work like this to help others.

Didn’t post the inside of the pamphlet though because it’s filled with a bunch of far-left, liberal B.S. but I’m thankful I picked it up. It’s going to look awesome in my office trash-can for the next week. 😂

My family and I are driving to Florida today to spend time on the beach with extended family. This it the start of what I hope is an abundantly restful time away from my normal routine. 🌊☀️

A friend of mine is two years into a 7/1 ARM that started at 5.5% for the first 7 years, then jumps to 7.5% after that and adjusts annually until the cap of 11.5% is reached. His aged parents had to co-sign.

It’s pains me to see how broken housing is. The conversation I had with him is too recent for me to have fully unpack the psychological implications of an ARM on a man who already feels stretched thin, but the implications and extrapolations are deep.

How can we look our children in the eyes and continue these lending practices. It’s so wicked and cruel, it breaks my heart.

Same. I went with a 20TB HDD external storage it’s been painfully slow at syncing the bitcoin blockchain. It’s been 7 days and it’s only 30% synced.

I have the Pi 4 with 4GB of RAM. I knew that swapping out my 1TB SSD for the HDD was going to be slow, but my goodness this hasn’t been fun 😅🫡

This is what the auto shop quoted just to review/test the issues I came in for. Need some input here since I usually make repairs myself.

I know, I know…before you roast me for not tinkering myself let me say that it’s the only car my family feels safe in and I’m the only “tinker-er” in the family, and it’s genuinely not worth the time + headache from the family needing to get places.
