Millei is a good example for libertarians who think that if a libertarian government gets elected they can't easily make the country a better country. Unfortunately the truth is that the economic system is rigged for the central bankers to print unlimited money. Therefore the free market can't thrive and can't win. You need to dismantle the central bank system.
