Imagine going to your boss and demanding a 40% raise, and that he pay you 40 hours a week to only work 32 hours a week.

This is what the UAW is doing right now.

In Massachusetts companies are already doing this.. well some. 4 day work week but 10 hour days

Yeah I work 36 hours in three days. But the UAW isn't asking for 10 hour days. They want to work 4 8 hour days and get paid for working 5 days.
