The #Fed set a clear direction for interest rates yesterday and is gradually distancing itself from its European counterpart, the #ECB. The Europeans are caught between the dilemma of lowering interest rates quickly to get out of the growth crisis (temporarily) or to protect the #euro and prevent the interest rate gap to the #USA from widening too far.
