I've not had white sauce, but I tend to not enjoy mayonnaise.
Brisket is nearly king
Pulled pork is good unless it's not
Chicken is like pork, it's good or not; but, I make it real good sometimes.
I have similar thoughts about brisket. Good brisket is very good, too often itβs not done well. Pulled pork seems to be much easier to do well, Iβve had few bad experiences.
