It could just be me, but it feels like a big shift is taking place where people are hitting rock bottoms and realizing that certain systems, beliefs, and habits have to go.

And that process is painful. Trade wars, real wars, disconnection in relationships, disjointed and divided communities, and mental health crisis everywhere. There’s a period of “crisis” and big change underway.

Oh yeah, I’m with you. I think we’re witnessing a period of mass realization in real time.

It’s scary because I don’t think many people in the United States have any living memory left of just how chaotic these periods can get. I certainly don’t. WWII was 85 years ago and on foreign soil.

(Not saying we’re heading towards something similarly violent, just similarly consequential)

Only a few people in the Western world remember times like this.

It might get rough.

At this point even if Bitcoin pumps, the “suddenly” part could be really dicey.

And nostr:npub12rze589jx0gg6kslkjfl2gxxkhtlw73t5shyve5qrglrv6c2qflqejj7ns is right. If Trump goes all in on Bitcoin it would legitimately destabilize the existing financial system and many other countries would likely react negatively to the move.

Allea jacta est

I think they know to do it in small incremental stages. Boil the frog. Too quick would be chaotic. Hold and wait and cross our fingers we get to see it. If not, our kids will.
