GM 🤠if you aren’t on #tiktok you might not know that the whole app went haywire during the CNN debate last night. People were getting “disconnected from the internet” errors, comments weren’t posting, live-streams that included any debate footage were taken down and then people had trouble with live-streaming in general, the search wasn’t populating. It was wild. Really showing their haste on that one. 🤣 my question is why? What are they hiding that could be any worse than what we saw last night? 🤣🤠#uspol #debate

And just for the record- part of the whole tiktok hearings in Congress bit was getting them to move to US-based servers for US-based users. That’s why I rarely see French or Brits anymore. They siloed us so we would be easier to tamper with clearly.
Interesting. Yeah they did say that all social media agreed to silence political stuff this year.. they don't want people virally discussing things cause they're scared what might happen. By they, I mean sort of a handshake deal between all the US social media and the various parts of government who could potentially threaten them or drag them in front of Congress etc.
If China wanted to disrupt the election surely they'd just let people watch it? Probably the most disruptive strategy.
