You don’t want your ‘organ donor’ status to be a reminder for the doctor to check if you’re still breathing, not if your kidneys are up for grabs
I have a feeling that I managed to dodged an organ harvest. I'm convinced it was tried on me, but it didn't work. I have a feeling it had to do with a document that I refused to sign, but I still ended up with a mysterious pulmonary embolism, regardless. I might be a survivor.
