Let all these young men find out they are the reason women aren't getting pregnant. I have so many friends who have gone through so much prodding and poking only for a year+ later doctors finally think to test their husband's sperm and realize they are the problem. The narrative needs to change and men need to start priotizing their reproductive health.

Literally. And they do zero prep to help their wives get pregnant. The quality of the sperm dictates the health of the embryo. Except who gets blamed for miscarriages? Women. When scientifically it's mainly in the quality of the sperm.

Even the health of the woman during pregnancy is dictated by the man's sperm. Like whether you get gestational diabetes.

It's the easiest test. To test your fertility it's so much more invasive and expensive!
