Saladino was a huge liver advocate & I personally had much more trouble with energy when I was trying to incorporate liver. I don't think a piece of fruit here & there is particularly horrible, but I don't think it's particularly healthy either. He recommends drinks with like 60g of sugar & talks about consuming 300g of carbs in a day & I think that will eventually come back to bite him.

Any food that ultimately causes cells to glycate is a net-negative for human physiology. When cells glycate their normal function is impaired and it’s detrimental to the organism.
Paul Salidino wants to create these complicated (fiat-esque) excuses as to why that fundamental reality is not the case, but it really boils down to hand waving and magical thinking. I personally think Paul is a sucrose / fructose junkie who lets his addiction delude the subconscious.
