AI made this 🤦♂️

Still, it's refreshing to know that LLMs gather information from the greats as well as blue haired truffle pigs.
It's disappointing though that the works of great men are going to be attributed to the "genius" of AI. Everything becomes a copy of a copy. I wonder about generational loss 🤔
i was just thinking about this.
It's stolen memes all the way down.
One has to learn to live with it.
History is weird. We can't agree on whether there was a genocide just 80 years ago. Whether we landed on the moon 50 years ago. Whether a plane really crashed 15 years ago.
There are 100 year old people alive today. 🤷♂️
It's weird..
Ben Franklin wrote some seriously fucked up slop in his ("the") very first editions of news in america; do we still cling to those ideas? Teach them to children? 🤔
We still remember Franklin, Shakespeare & Aristotle for a reason. History is a work in progress, and sometimes truth comes later. It's the lack of attribution that worries me. Many people think AI creates these ideas from whole cloth, when in reality they are tapestries weaved from the thoughts of man. I worry somewhere in there we lose something.
Who we remember in history is easy; who we can't possibly remember, and from when, and why, is where things get interesting.
(It's worth noting that bitcoin is one of the most genuine sources of perpetual history that humanity has ever had)
AI will take the credit for everything. Give it a century or two. People won’t remember the greats. Sad
Somewhere there will be monks in a monetary, scribing books, collecting the memes. After the great fire they will rebuild 😅

Everything hand drawn. I can already see it. All the Pepes restored to their past glory

i wonder if future generations will look back and wonder how in the world this generation just stood by and watched megacorporations suck up, take credit for, and charge them for all of the thoughts, ideas, creativity, and courage of their ancestors?
Your collective history, collected, homogenized & sanitized. For a profit.
Why did every decade of the 20th century have a distinct culture, while the 21st is just a blur of sameness? Something, something, about a soulless corporate culture machine. And now it can think.
