Well, this turned out just dandy!

Sometimes, you just have to shift your perspective.

Bleeding heart. Very pretty.

Yes. They are! And I'm glad I was posting attention at the right time. 😁

Fantastic shot.

Thank you. ☺️

The sunflower in my profile is a picture I took of a sunflower I grew in my garden. I was pretty proud of it. I've used it in a number of things.

It's lovely, too! They are my mom's favorite flower.

Historically I've liked purple flowers like the columbine and irises, but ever since I got a yellow kitchen, I've kind of gotten into sunflowers. They are pretty and produce edible seeds (that I can eat or can feed to my bunnies and eat the bunnies). I get a pretty garden and productivity.

I love purple and blue flowers, too!

And utilizing useful and beautiful things is honestly a better way to live, IMO.

First open bloom on this bush this season. ☺️

My sister's favorite color is purple!

Is the top one an Azealia ?

Yes.

As a kid, I spent many hours splaying under some giant azalea bushes.

My friend thought I was crazy when I took the picture of the Iris with the mountain in the background because I laid down flat on the ground to get the right perspective. I took this last summer

More wild flowers

Even more wildflowers

I do that, too. Lol

I like sprouting them for my chickens. This gave them something green to eat in the winter. I give them unsprouted too. There are many growing in the bedding when I pile it up for them to pick through

I miss my chickens, but I developed a lung allergy and had the choice of chickens or breathing. I had to go with breathing.

Amazing.
