It’s not inaccurate. She means that the accounts (“wallets”) of Binance users who haven’t withdrawn their balances—and I’d suspect that’s a large number—can be seized based on any evidence that is uncovered.
She said retroactively..... meaning funds from 2018 etc....how when they changed their wallet recently....and users got new deposit addys?
Only a daily user of Bitcoin knows the nuance here.
