How to block cyber cat spam?

No Cyber Cat on my feed. TBH right now the free relays are engaged in a war with the spammers, who has the upper hand, varies by the day. Paid relays are still good - spammers don't pay, yet...
I have free relays turned off for Global on Amethyst. There is apparently a way to evade that by posting in a “channel” which I'm not even sure what a channel is, the only one I've seen is in Amethyst called “Amethyst Users”.
Not knowing is fine. Things are moving so fast that it was probably only invented last week :-)

What relays are you connected to? Try to figure out those with the most incoming posts per second and remove them.
