If you're using noStrudel AND you follow +1k people. Make sure to set the depth of your WOT to no more than 1. Even with 1 you'll probably struggle until nostr:npub1ye5ptcxfyyxl5vjvdjar2ua3f0hynkjzpx552mu5snj3qmx5pzjscpknpr does some tuning to those new settings.
I keep ending up with ~200k cached users. +80k right now after clearing the cache. That's 2nd and 3rd degree WoT.

More like nostr's problem. I've already spent a good amount of time on moving people onto lists rather than following them. Something everyone shoud do right from the beginning. Follow those who engage with you and you engage with and put EVERYONE else into lists. Like devs, streamers, podcasters, wallets, whatever. Ten view the timeline by lists rather than follows.
But, live is too short to do this on a three year old account for ALL contacts.
