The fish are realizing they're wet.
I drew these parallels with the food system a decade ago. No sense in asking where my food comes from if I can just walk into the store and pick any number of the over 31,000 items in an average supermarket.
The layers get obfuscated, margins get squeezed, product quality declines, health suffers.
And we wonder why there's a drug and disease epidemic tearing through the US like a wildfire.
