I had my wake up call in December 2022 when I couldn’t fit in my pants (ironically before I was a dad). Now I can’t imagine going back to the shape I was in.

Ya a few years ago I was pushing near 200 and was like nah fuck that and dropped like 35 lbs in a couple months and ive maintained that level of fitness. Mindset and action.

I’m still over 200lbs 🤣
