I will state this. The more clients that you have for NOSTR the more you will see that you are not seeing everything.

On my phone I use Amethyst and Primal and the notification are 10 to 15 percent different. So are the streams. Some people from one will not be seen in the other. This is of course the magic of relays.

I will get more frustrated with Primal but Amethyst also stores at least a gig of data. I have to dump the cache sometimes.
