In an ironic twist, my nerdy stuff and chatting might end up leaving me more wealthy and conventionally successful than if I'd just married someone rich and girl bossed a boring desk job for 40 years, while blowing most of the income in fancy cars, nannies, massive shoe collections, and gigantic houses.

I remember when we were all just posting lists in homeschool forums of our favorite classics and now it's this entire industry built around those lists, with fancy curriculum companies and whatnot.
the flak i used to cop for being so interested in computers as a child, maaaannnn... and now look at it, i am the one shunning the mobile phone while everyone else's eyes are permanently glued to them

Now any cell carrier I try to use will constantly harass me, rob me, and deactivate my service all the time as punishment for being too woke and I can't even get phone calls without wifi anymore
Actually it tracks, it seems like a 180 but it's just that we "cop flak" even from the companies we pay for tech products
