Dancing is moving through one’s brain map. The awareness the brain has for body movement… it’s current state of neuroplasticity.

As a neuro trainer… we seek to improve the brain map with better inputs so the output is a better result.

Vision and vestibular play a role… especially if someone has head injury in their history and they experience knee pain while dancing or after dancing for X time period.
