Stop simpin for swan, too many ⛳️⛳️⛳️

Sad to see #bitcoin iNfLuEnCeRs endorse & stay quiet 🤐 given all swans fuck ups

Disgusting really.

They’re KYC just like every other KYC.

- Don’t keep your stack there.

- Use other KYC on-ramps if you don’t like it.

- Better yet, don’t use KYC.

Interesting. I'd love to see the source.

On a related note, 82.5% of Swan customers hold their own keys.

most I can tell you is my buddy got it from his brother who works at fortinet.

This is the closest thing I could find on a "first page search", and does not support the claims of the OP. I'm calling BS until someone can provide a source.

https://dailycoin.com/swan-bitcoin-defensive-following-fortress-hack/

read past the headline. that story is referencing a hack from a year ago and swan defending against funds being lost. my screenshot mentions a potential hack of the swan database from a month ago, exposing personal information.

for now, it should be taken as rumor until confirmed or denied by swan. however it comes from a source I trust. they'd have no reason to maliciously fake it.

Are they still with bitgo?
