I never knew so i googled it. Apparently native haitans have an average IQ of australian abbo or some of the lowest tier african negros. Evolutionary dead ends. At least there's some noticeable amount of niggers with 100 and above points of white IQ.

Plenty of ethnic groups suffered genocide, never heard about devolving because of that. ;D

Realistically you can't kill aptitude within bloodline in a snap, recessive genes would kick in in a generation or two. Principal of "return to the mean" would arise as well.
