#Athens showed thousands of years ago, that #democracy can barely even function at the scale of a city-state! That's its practical limit!
It's absurd to expect it to scale to a territory of tens or hundreds of million people!
It can't work at that scale, except in the fraudulent and abusive ways we see now in "democracies" worldwide.
I don't know how keen I am in the idea of democracy anyway.
