Mmmmmmm. I have some chicken and carrots I was probably gonna do up for tonight. Beats sound really good right now though, damn.
the hardest part, is trying to make the beets and burgers come off the grill at similar time.. 🤔

i think i cracked the code. pour charcoal out, so the lit bricks are on top. in a big side lump, toss on beet.
then, after maybe 35 min or so.. the grease from burger can catch a hotter fire, for flame broil, yesss
