I usually mark them as spam and block them on Telegram assuming they are bots.
the worst is when they say hi and then wait for your response to paste in a massive wall of text question that they had already typed out. just say hi and ask the question, deb.
Well, ... if you need immediate response, call. If you don't, write your long question right away and let the magic of async communication do its thing. I'll get to it when I get to it. I don't mark chats as "read" until I actually address the concern (and hate tools that don't let me mark chats as unread).
