Yes, that is hobby horsing. I am pro hobby horsing btw, and it has nothing to do with veganism. I studied this matter in depth and came to the conclusion that this is some sacred girl space (look at videos, its 99.99% females, with 1 lost dad in there) that I wont pass judgment on (even though it is absolutely retarded, obviously; but what you expect, girls are stupid).

The point is that this type of exercise is perfect for women, only training their asses basically. Rather have them doing this than stupid squads in a gym somewhere.
