Yeah I think I’m going to go to 3 days also. My 2 week bender in Mexico was pretty toxic 😂
Hahahahaha I literally fasted because I went to a buddy’s wedding in Alabama over the weekend and drank/ate so much crap. Best way to cleanse the body after a greasy period👌🏻🥱
I’ve done a 7 day fast as my longest and plenty of 24 hour fasts and concluded 3 days is the perfect amount. Completely clears your system but isn’t so long you feel exhausted by the end👌🏻
