Inoreader is pretty good.
I made a bridge to convert nostr into RSS, with controls for turning replies on and off, blacklisted and white listed word.
For instance, all of your posts can be read via RSS like this:
https://nostr-to-rss.deno.dev/feed?users=vitorpamplona.com&replies=false&blacklist=bitcoin,btc
This will show only conversations that you started, and will block anything containing words like Bitcoin,bitcoiners,BTC
