Like the dogs, I’m not moving until he comes home. We will just sit here and cry together
I just cry with my dog😕. There is no partner to return home to me (She didn't die by way of a tragic accident on the ski slopes or anything), I just just choose not to have one😬. I'm an undiagnosed mild Autist. (Full disclosure, all the above is true and I've had 3 or 4 meaningful long(ish) term relationships), they're just not for me though. I have an adult son and I'm VERY happy in my own company.
A lot of people are happy that way. If I hadn’t met my husband, I would have been the same way minus the kid, but definitely the dog 🫂
