Always. And I find its good to teach others as it seems to motivate to learn more. In fiat world of my work, I am a consultant. I used to piss other consults off badly cause I'd mentor and teach people trying to get to do our jobs and they'd ask me why I am creating more competition for our work. My response was that I knew it resulted in more competition which motivated me to be better and to stay ahead. You got an issue with thatbits cause you're not trying to be better. Its certainly an ego side of consciousness but its a great motivator to both teach and learn whilst at the same time creating incentive in others to do the same.
