I spent the afternoon working in the garden with the boy. He then wanted to pick yet more blackberries, as I promised to make a blackberry and apple crumble along with apples from the garden.

We return to the house and he gets the vacuum cleaner out while I'm cooking dinner. I hope his work ethic continues.
