Don’t get mad at companies for obeying the law (if they didn’t, they simply would quit existing) get mad when they lie about it.

I think we should be asking why the fuck the government is so damn interested in our emails. 20+ legal requests a day for information? Leave us alone.

I was a paying Proton customer for over 5 years and several months ago for unknown reason they froze my account. Their support absolutely sucks. Now I'm slowly converting to tuta.com as my email provider. Looking forward to the day where email is no longer needed.
