You got that right! How do you make yours? Stove top, slow cooker, copper pot in the yard?
Stove top. slow cooker would be much easier probably but I don’t do it enough know how long to leave it in. On the stove I keep a much closer eye on the consistency and stirring.
Long ago we used to bake apples with butter and spices in the core and they were amazing
