There's this buffet I am going to for my birthday and I've never tried squid in my life that's why I'm asking.

But how exactly does it taste (bitter, sweet, bland, etc.)?
Its kinda fishy and salty
not a real strong taste
more people have problems with the consistency of it
dried is pretty hard to chew. but after you soften it a bit it's kinda rubbery
like an eraser.
