Here are two Opuntia cuttings that I'm rooting. The one in front is from a ditch. The one behind it was purchased in the produce section of my local supemarket. It rained a day or two after putting them in soil, and the "grocery store" cutting flopped backward against the pot. I waited to see if it would recover, and now it is standing straighter than its neighbor! The pictures are a month apart.
