It’s a simple program that I’m open sourcing.
Step 1) Get angry about something
Step 2) Go to gym
Step 3) Play loud music
Step 4) Pick up heavy rock
Step 5) Put heavy rock down
(repeat until anger is gone *and* you feel like jello)
Step 6) Don’t eat like shit
Really simple and I am able to lift buildings now
