My bonus tip is to use side plates rather than full plates when I make a proper breakfast. Fools you into thinking that there isnβt enough on the plate.

I went plate shopping, today. π
Bought just one dessert plate and one dessert bowl, and I'm going to reward myself with another setting for every 10 lbs lost.
I was going to do every 5 lbs, but then I looked at the price tag and was like, nah, 10 lbs.
