I lost my temper this morning

Really shouted

Threw a bag at the floor

Stormed off

As I start to mellow down, everything I’ve learnt lately points to the fact that it’s my problem to solve, my issues, my trauma, the stories I tell myself, cycling around my brain, causing friction

So where next?

Well, on reflection, it’s healthy to get upset, to be angry, to flare up, to show emotion, life is not an even keel

But I have to take responsibility

I am a creator of my reality

So it’s time to tweak it

To craft it

To focus on what I want to create

For the collateral damage, cause this morning, I’m sorry, I forgive myself, and everyone involved

Tomorrow will be better

Anger is one of the most destructive of the negative emotions. The trick is to catch it before as a thought before you loose control. Easier said than done of course!
