Weekend Nostr question: What's your diet and exercise routine like?
I'm 90-95% carnivore, workout every other day with x3 bands and take long walks on the off days. That's worked very well for me.
I'm always open to learn so let me know what you do to stay healthy!
No sports. Too much fast food. Need to get on my indoor bike again but just had Covid and wait till fully recovered
