Why not charge a fee to upload video to cover your overhead costs?

In general I’ve been trying to stay away from charging to upload as a business model, I want to keep it free and frictionless, easy for newcomers.. Plus it is dev work for each app. I like the idea of a completely free service for the masses and a premium account service (integrated) for the good stuff..
Is that financially sustainable?
I believe it is not sustainable in the current model. Our community needs to support this amazing and essential service that nostr:npub1nxy4qpqnld6kmpphjykvx2lqwvxmuxluddwjamm4nc29ds3elyzsm5avr7 offers us.
