Im blasting "Bad Apple!!" remixes whilst just about punching into my keyboard with rage.

I will book this as over-time, be it only 20min, but I damn well am not doing this for free...

You should almost never work for free. This even prooves how important you are to them. Maybe it's time to have a meeting with them where you present a new contract for your future services? Be sure to have fees for "emergency calls" so you are adaquately compensated instead of taking out frustrations on an innocent keyboard.
