F YEAH

TESTOSTERONE LEVELS OVER 9000

There were barely any eggs in Wholefoods yesterday. On a Wednesday night? Entire section was down to a few dozen .

Men trained to do what? Do they not raise testosterone in untrained men because they already have more of it and haven't been broken by the domestication process?

thanks for sharing. This mainly shows that the egg yolk is possibly contributing to the difference. The whites group only got protein while the whole egg group got protien, fat, and cholesterol. Not quiet an apples to apples study but still interesting. Would be interesting to see a similar study comparing whole eggs to something like egg whites & an avocado. Only problem is you would need to balance out the carbs from the avocado in the whole eggs group somehow.

I will never forget a study done years ago for a supplement that contained protein sourced from insects. The study used to sell the product showed a pretty substantial increase in muscle mass gains when the supplement was compared to a control group. Well turns out the control group was given water....so one group got protien post workout and the controll group...got ...nothing. No wonder the supplement group had better gains πŸ˜†

forgot to clarify that it's hard to tell what is contributing to the difference from this study. Is it just the added fat? or is it the cholesterol? or both? it seems the study controlled for total calories but not the make up of those calories. I eat 2 to 3 whole eggs each morning after exercise! Eggs are getting pricy πŸ˜
