GM. Did a lot of calf raises in yoga class the other day and now I can barely walk. Made me realize I should do calf raises more often. π

Calf raises kill me, but I need to do them.
I use an electric toothbrush so itβs 2 minutes every morning in front of the mirror. About a year ago I started using that time to do calf lifts everyday. Started with 30-50 and now I just do the full 2 minutes at a controlled pace. Each day I try to rotate my stance a little.
I love doing this every couple years π jump rope get me there too
Stretching will help a lot
