Calf raises kill me, but I need to do them.

I use an electric toothbrush so it’s 2 minutes every morning in front of the mirror. About a year ago I started using that time to do calf lifts everyday. Started with 30-50 and now I just do the full 2 minutes at a controlled pace. Each day I try to rotate my stance a little.

I love doing this every couple years πŸ˜† jump rope get me there too

Stretching will help a lot

100 a day??

I dunno that, but I did more than a 100 in yoga class πŸ˜‚
