Does anyone have a good recommendation for a VPN that is Bitcoin friendly? Generally I've used Proton but they add a lot of friction with Bitcoin payments (you have to buy 'credits' first and then choose your plan). Cyber ghost looks good but wanted to get others opinions.

That looks like a good one from what I've read so far. I also forgot to mention but the fact it has a browser extension is good too. Thanks for the suggestion!
