I don’t love Peterson but this (what he’s talking about in the clip) is something I’ve personally wrestled with. All the lies spread about diet and health has disturbed me. I work with clients all the time who still think red meat is bad and it’s normal to take drugs for problems stemming from these foods that are vehemently claimed to be health foods.
