Yeah, she conflated money with currency. He didn't say that, and it shouldn't be in quotations. I've already written about this but, his point is that Bitcoin is an asset (which it is). The second portion is that he feels the digital dollar would be a good currency to peg to the dollar (I disagree with that assessment).
