I do actually agree with @SoverignSailor. A few months back I had bought bitcoin from Strike and I had my account frozen due to compliance issues. Nobody from Strike clearly explained to me what was going on after multiple emails from me requesting an explanation and that includes you nostr:npub1cn4t4cd78nm900qc2hhqte5aa8c9njm6qkfzw95tszufwcwtcnsq7g3vle - I sent you a polite email asking for clarification but I didn’t get a response. I appreciate you’re busy but it would have been good to have been acknowledged. I admire everything Strike is doing and what you personally are doing for Bitcoin Jack - this is just my opportunity to give feedback since it was raised 😊.

It sounds like some ppl aren’t interested in help but only shit talking without evidence. I’ve sent a few support requests since I started with strike. All received responses and resolutions quickly.
