Been saying this for the past few years. Home servers for everyone.
Data is non-scarce and thus cannot be owned.
If ownership over data is enforced, then someone elses property in scarce assets is always violated.
The only power to control data, is to choose not to share it.
Or how about it’s shared only through homophonic methods that make such data whitenoise without the property of the decryption key?
Seems like that would be the best way to share while demarcating how we’d like the data to be understood.
